Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of two with strong ties to the local community. I began my career working for another State Farm agent right out of college and opened my own agency shortly after, bringing a strong foundation and drive to build something meaningful.
I’m a graduate of West Virginia University, married, and enjoy golfing and traveling in my free time.
We’re very active in the community, supporting local sports and sponsorships, and have become a trusted presence in a small, close-knit area.
For our team, we offer a Simple IRA, life insurance, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong focus on work-life balance.
Our office culture is laid-back and community-focused, but still driven to succeed. We’re looking for someone who is resilient, confident, and not afraid of hearing “no”—someone who can overcome objections, stay motivated, and grow within a supportive, small-team environment.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Hayden Stewart - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
